Commercial Collection Information

No VAT Added

Green Bin Hull is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to the prices shown. The agreed quoted price is the amount payable.

Bin Supply and Delivery

Commercial bins are supplied free of charge to customers using our scheduled collection service. Initial delivery is included. The bins remain the property of Green Bin Hull and must be kept secure and used only for the agreed waste stream.

Charges may apply if a bin is lost, damaged, relocated or requires replacement because of customer misuse.

Weight and Permitted Waste

Prices include normal commercial waste placed inside the agreed bin, provided:

  • the lid closes completely;
  • waste is not compacted excessively;
  • the bin can be moved and lifted safely;
  • only the agreed waste type is placed inside.

Soil, rubble, liquids, hazardous waste, hot ashes, batteries and other prohibited materials must not be placed in standard commercial bins. Overweight, overflowing or contaminated bins may be refused or subject to an additional charge.

Collection Frequency

Collections can be arranged weekly, fortnightly, monthly, several times per week or according to your business requirements and our route availability.

There is no universal minimum collection frequency. The agreed schedule will be confirmed in your quotation or service agreement.

Agreements and Cancellation

One-off commercial collections do not require a contract.

Regular scheduled collections operate on a flexible rolling agreement unless a different contract is agreed in writing. Customers can cancel a rolling service by providing 30 days' written notice.

Any minimum contract term, payment terms or different notice period will be clearly stated before the service begins.

Additional Collections

Additional unscheduled collections are normally charged at the agreed per-collection rate and are subject to availability.

An additional charge may apply for urgent, same-day, out-of-hours, overweight or contaminated-bin collections. We will confirm the price before completing the additional collection.

  • waste type and weight;
  • collection frequency;
  • number and size of bins;
  • property access;
  • collection time;
  • distance and route availability;
  • additional handling requirements.
