All payments made to Green Bin Hull are considered final unless stated otherwise in this policy. Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances outlined below.

Customer Cancellation (before service):
If a service is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered. -
Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours):
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on costs already incurred.
3. Missed Appointments
- If access to the property is not available at the agreed time, this may be treated as a completed booking and no refund will be issued.
4. Service Issues
If you are not satisfied with the service provided:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.
- We will investigate and may offer:
- A revisit to resolve the issue, or
- A partial refund, depending on the situation.
5. Equipment & Installations
- Once equipment has been installed or services completed, refunds will not be issued unless there is a fault or agreed issue.
- Any problems must be reported within 48 hours.
6. Payments for Leases or Rentals
- Payments made for rental units, offices, or leased spaces are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5β10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
