We can recommend a schedule based on your waste volume, storage space and business requirements.
Do you provide scheduled contracts?
Yes. Green Bin Hull provides scheduled commercial waste collections for businesses requiring a regular and reliable service.
We agree the bin sizes, waste streams, collection days and frequency in advance. One-off and short-term collections are also available.
Can you provide waste transfer documentation?
Yes. Appropriate waste transfer documentation can be provided as evidence that your commercial waste has been collected and transferred legally.
Green Bin Hull is registered as an Upper Tier Waste Carrier, Broker and Dealer under registration number CBDU606880.
Are you insured?
Yes. Green Bin Hull is insured to undertake commercial waste collections and clearance work. Copies of relevant insurance documents can be supplied where required.
What happens to the waste after collection?
Collected waste is transported to an authorised commercial waste facility. Depending on the waste type, it is directed toward reuse, recycling, recovery or appropriate disposal.
Waste requiring specialist treatment, such as refrigerators, electrical equipment or upholstered seating containing POPs, is placed into the correct authorised waste stream.
Can collection times be adapted around the business?
Yes. Wherever possible, we can arrange collections around your opening hours, deliveries, customer activity and site-access requirements.
Preferred collection times can be discussed during the quotation process and are subject to route availability.
What happens when an extra collection is needed?
Contact us when you require an additional collection. We will arrange it as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
An additional charge may apply. If extra collections become frequent, we can review your bin size or regular collection schedule.
Is VAT included or excluded?
Green Bin Hull is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to our commercial waste prices. The price quoted is the price payable, subject to the terms of the agreed service.
This can make our service particularly competitive because customers do not have to pay an additional 20% VAT.
Are bins included in the price?
Your quotation will clearly explain whether bin supply and delivery are included in the agreed service.
Any separate bin rental, delivery or replacement charges will be disclosed before collections begin. Customers are responsible for keeping supplied bins secure and using them only for the agreed waste streams.
What contract length applies?
Green Bin Hull provides both one-off collections and scheduled commercial agreements. The contract length is agreed according to the customer's requirements, collection frequency and bin arrangements.
Your written quotation or service agreement will clearly state:
- Contract duration
- Collection frequency
- Agreed price
- Payment terms
- Notice period
- Any price-review provisions
