These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Green Bin Hull (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Services Provided

Green Bin Hull provides waste management, collection, equipment handling, and related services as agreed with the customer.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.


3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
  • Payment terms will be agreed prior to service delivery.
  • Full payment may be required before or upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking services.
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property or site.
  • Ensure waste is properly prepared and complies with regulations.
  • Not include hazardous, illegal, or restricted materials unless previously agreed.

5. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations may incur charges.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety issues).

6. Access and Safety

  • Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the service location.
  • Green Bin Hull reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.

7. Equipment and Installations

  • Any equipment provided or installed remains the responsibility of the customer once delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Damage, misuse, or loss of equipment may result in additional charges.

8. Liability

  • We take reasonable care in providing our services; however, we are not liable for:
    • Indirect or consequential losses
    • Delays outside of our control
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

9. Complaints

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of service.
  • We will investigate and aim to resolve concerns promptly.

10. Insurance

  • Green Bin Hull maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its operations.
  • Customers are responsible for insuring their own property and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Accidents
  • Government restrictions
  • Supply disruptions

12. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • These Terms are breached
  • Unsafe or unlawful conditions are present
  • Payments are not made as agreed

13. Data Protection

Customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law.


14. Amendments

Green Bin Hull reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
